When the Big Central Regional Barista Competition occurred on day 2, among its competitors was a woman who was and is a customer first.

That day, talk did occur of what viewers and live-streamers have come to anticipate: origin stories, varietal differentiations, elevation heights and eponymous similies and metaphors of what this sometimes fast and slow food -coffee- can be like, or as, or not as.

However, what thrilled was the coalescence of the experience of coffee, the dialogue on the simplicity of making it, receiving it and being inspired by it.   This one is dedicated to, Ms. Honey Brew, Boonita Babinski. Now, for your audio pleasure, press play.
