The first day the Specialty Coffee Association of America’s South West Regional Barista Competition ushered in 15 competitors to Rittenhouse’s Top of the Ritt, hosted by Verve Coffee Roasters.

Espresso was often asked to be sipped in multi-takes, while stories of farmers at origin and the lineage to the personal farming history of some  was woven in with tactile edibles like jam and avocado.  The music that accompanied the 15, felt as thought out as the methodology of the journey of their coffees.  Now, for your audio pleasure, press play.
