The Specialty Coffee Association of America’s Northwest Regional Barista hosted by Dillanos Coffee Roasters, hosted another round of baristas competing for the Norhwest title.

Baristas spoke of metaphors and analogies which took the audience to a matchmaking service, to the soil of farmers and inside the technology of the machines where countless shots of espressos were pulled for memorable stories lingering like a welcomed aftertaste.
