NWRBC Set List : A Consummate Chap among a Fab Five

What an appropriate illustration for the role of a barista to compare it to salt – a key ingredient in bringing out flavor in food, yes, coffee.  The below champ and five other competing baristas gathered in Seattle Washington for the finals of the Specialty Coffee Association of America’s Northwest Regional Barista Competition. Five baristas used coffee whose origin stories reigned as prince and princess, and one reigned as King.

Their music invited viewers in to linger and at times, bop as a barista, behind the bar does. Now, the set lists of our Northwest regional barista champ and his accompanying baristi, as smdlr was able to hear and curate it.
