they are people for coffee, traveling across land lines for another coffee experience. the little tokyo corner shop – cafe demitasse – marked its roasting debut with an evening party that included Bach by Natalie Helm; beans by the new demiroasting – Demitasse + Trystero – and a peitite batallion of steady customers willing to taste brew anew. these are some snapshots from the evening.
