an everyman,
a family man,
a peoples man,
a man,
pushing a cart full of happy.
He’s a lot of moving parts, many of which are wanted.
He is the emotional bedrock that binds Pushcarts walls and its people. Catch him -if you can- and you’ll be served more than a minute of his time, coffee upon order, a conversation within the shop, or a smile to send you along the way.
Catch him -you will- and you’re with a man who chooses to live in a created utopia where joy is first.
The invitation begins with his smile and an invisible welcome mat laid out, in front of a door on the lower east side where coffee, culture and community brews. To catch that, just push, slightly.
